How it works
Five steps from a logo on your screen to finished goods in your warehouse. Most orders stop at step four.
Send the artwork and the spec
Upload the logo in any format you have, with the finished size, placement, garment and machine format. If you only have a photo of an old patch, that is enough to start.
We quote, then punch
You get a fixed price and a delivery time before any work starts. The file is then hand-punched in Wilcom for that exact fabric and placement.
Sew-out and proof
Every design is stitched out and photographed. You see the actual sew-out, not just a screen preview, before you commit machine time.
Delivery and revisions
You receive the EMB source, your machine formats and a worksheet with stitch count, colour sequence and thread chart. Revisions are free until it runs clean.
Production, if you want it
If you ordered finished stock, we sample, run the bulk, finish, pack and export straight to your warehouse.
What to send with the artwork
Every detail you leave out is a detail the digitizer has to guess. Send these and the first version usually sews right.
