Questions shops ask before ordering
If something is not covered here, message the order desk and you will get a straight answer, not a sales call.
Do you design full dress embroidery or only logos?
Both. A large part of our work is garment design: necklines, daman borders, sleeves, dupattas and allover repeats for ladies wear, worked as matched sets in Wilcom. Logos and corporate work run alongside it.
Do you auto-digitize?
No. Every design is hand-punched in Wilcom by a digitizer. Auto-digitizing software cannot judge fabric, density or pull compensation, which is why those files break thread and pucker on a production machine.
Who owns the file?
You do. Once the invoice is paid, the EMB source and every machine format belong to you and can be reused forever with no further payment to us. We also keep a free backup if you lose it.
How fast is the turnaround?
Standard work is delivered in 12 to 24 hours. Rush files come back in 2 to 6 hours depending on the queue and the complexity.
What if the file does not sew properly?
We revise it free until it runs clean on your machine. Send us the sew-out photo and the machine details and it is corrected as a priority.
Can you fix a file someone else punched?
Yes. Send the existing file with a photo of the bad sew-out. Repair and conversion work starts at $8.
How do I pay?
Card, PayPal or bank transfer. Per-design work is invoiced per order or weekly, and monthly digitizer seats are invoiced in advance.
Is my artwork confidential?
Yes. Client artwork is never shown, resold or used in our portfolio without written permission, and we sign an NDA on request.
Which time zone do you work in?
The order desk is open 24/7 and the digitizing team covers US and UK business hours, so work sent at the end of your day is ready at the start of the next one.
Send one logo and judge the sew-out
The first design is free. Upload the artwork with the size, placement and machine format, and you will have a quote within the hour and a sewn proof to look at before you pay anything.
