Flat embroidery
The everyday left chest, sleeve and back placement work, tuned to the garment fabric.
Tell us the machine, the fabric and the placement. The file is built for that combination rather than converted into it afterwards.
Delivered with every order at no extra cost. Ask for as many as you need.
The EMB source is yours, so any digitizer can edit the design later. Most low-cost services only hand over a DST, which cannot be properly re-scaled.
For screen print, DTF, patch cut lines and catalogue use.
Density, underlay and pull compensation change with every one of these. That is the work you are paying for.
The everyday left chest, sleeve and back placement work, tuned to the garment fabric.
Dense hand-look fills, layered colour blending and the underlay heavy work needs to sit flat on chiffon or net.
Sequin devices, cording and tape work sequenced for the specific machine and attachment you run.
Repeat units that tile with no visible join, with density kept low enough that the fabric still drapes.
Galla, yoke, hem and border panels built as a matched set so the suit reads as one design rather than four separate files.
Foam-ready caps and outerwear with the lock stitches and travel paths that stop foam showing through.
Fabric-saving placement, tack-down and cover stitching for large areas and team wear.
Centre-out sequencing and stitch angles set for the curve and the seam.
Sequenced to hold registration across a big design without puckering or warping.
Clean small lettering, team name lists and badge sets priced as one job.
Higher underlay and pile-appropriate density so the design does not sink into the pile.
Photo stitch, chenille, sequin and cross stitch handled on request.
Auto-digitizing software reads pixels. It cannot know that a fleece needs heavier underlay, that a structured cap has to sew centre out, or that 3 mm lettering will not hold on a knit. Those decisions are the difference between a file that sews once and a file that runs a thousand pieces without a thread break.
The first design is free. Upload the artwork with the size, placement and machine format, and you will have a quote within the hour and a sewn proof to look at before you pay anything.
